The Fastest Way to Reach Us

Most people who need something sorted out today get there quickest by phone, and during shop hours you will be talking to someone who can actually look at the schedule and tell you what is possible. If the car is undrivable, or you are not sure whether it is safe to drive, call rather than write.
Booking an Appointment
If you already know what you need and you are not in a hurry, book online. It takes a minute, you pick the day and time yourself, and you get a confirmation without having to catch us between jobs. It is the easiest option for routine work: oil changes, state inspection and emissions, tires, brakes and scheduled maintenance.
For anything that is not urgent, write to vicksexpertune@gmail.com. Questions about a quote, a past visit, or paperwork are all fine by email. We read it between jobs rather than as it arrives, so if you need an answer the same day, the phone is the better route.
Where We Are
We are at 1806 W Howard Lane Suite D, Austin, TX 78728, about a mile west of I-35 at the edge of Wells Branch. Drivers reach us easily from North Austin, Tech Ridge, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Jollyville and Cedar Park. Hours
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. If you are dropping off outside those hours, call first so we know to expect the vehicle.
Before You Call
You do not need any of this to get help, but having it handy makes the conversation quicker:
- The year, make and model of the vehicle
- What it is doing, in plain words. A noise, a light, a smell, a leak. You do not need the technical term
- When it started, and whether it is getting worse
- For tires, the size on the sidewall, something like 225/65R17
